If you pay cash, collect your receipt right away or have a witness. The guy at the front desk ( using fake alias Kenny ) cannot be trusted. He accepted my payment but stalled on providing my receipt , asking me to come back due to their system issues preventing a receipt to be generated. This later turned into it being me who didn't make such payment afterall, forcing me to pay an additional day, and either leave 6 days early, pay again, or be evicted if not out.Despite several attempts to defuse and resolve the issue amicably, the Manager claimed to have completed his investigation on where my money went, stating I never made such payment. When I requested information about the videos, he handed me his phone to look through the videos; however, when I mentioned access so to perform my own investigation, he became aggressive with eviction threats of calling the police and having me removed from the property. He claimed there was no video footage showing that such payment was ever made, expecting me to believe that it is impossible for an iCloud video to be deleted. I had to ask the Manager twice, for him to provide his name and the real name of Kenny. Very sneaky, the Manager wrote down two sets of words to make it appear he provided both his name and the real name of Kenny, when really when you looked closely, he scribbled Manager Name then legibley wrote his name Dharmesh Patel .See below the crooks: Kenny the fake ( 1st Pic ) and Manager Dharmesh Patel ( 2nd Pic ). ----- Snakes -----
