tripadvisorWe explained it to you. Store are closing at this mall. We switched it to Polaris mall, bad Simon mall at all. We do not care.
MoreNo A/C, hotter than blazes in the mall. Very unpleasant shopping experience. Many stores closed due to working conditions for employees.
MoreI went yesterday to return items which I had bought online. I stayed to shop at JCPenney and soon noticed I was sweating. Then I noticed portable fans or mini air conditioners sitting all around the store (but not doing a good job of cooling it). Once I was in the dressing room, I felt like I was going to pass out. It was 92° outside yesterday! When I got to Macys later, I could feel that they had air conditioning there- but it was still warm. Someone there said they thought the rest of the building didn’t have air-conditioning, and so hot air was coming into Macys from the mall. This employee also claimed it has been going on for months, and no one knows why. I always liked this mall before, but I won’t shop there without central air conditioning. It was sticky hot with an odor of perspiration in the air. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon!
MoreIt’s ok but needs remodeling to avoid bankruptcy. Hopefully the air conditioner gets fixed so I can stay cool. The new management may buy this and do major remodeling. I recommend this mall.
MoreI actually walked thru a mall today. First time in a long time. It is a sign of the times, but it seems Malls are dead. Many stores were closed. This Mall is dying. It is a shame, but……….It seems all are buying from Amazon.
