Alon's Bakery is a small cafe in the popular Virginia/Highland area of Atlanta making artisan breads, European-style pastries and cookies daily. This place is haute couture for elegant cakes and a must-visit destination for tourists. All pastries and cakes are excellent but some are to die for: Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Cake, Carrot Walnut Cake or the Croquembouche. Alon's is a fantastic spot for lunch as well, with tables situated both inside and out, one can enjoy soups and/or made-to-order sandwiches. Finish off the entire experience with an enjoyable coffee and heavenly desert.
