There has, quite literally, not been one interaction that I have ever had with anyone on the Hotel Clermont team that hasn't been absolutely lovely. Even when using their texting service, the team is friendly, prompt and helpful. This level of hospitality is never easy, but it is particularly impressive that the guest services experience is this warm and helpful in such a hip, cool hotel. This will be, quite literally, my home whenever I travel to Atlanta.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel that is convenient to everything Atlanta. Great location, friendly, kind, accommodating staff, spacious rooms. My go to hotel when in Atlanta on business.

I just had a lovely time at Hotel Clermont with my daughter and cannot recommend it enough. We stayed for some shopping, a show at Variety Playhouse and Tiny Lou's. The entire staff was very kind and charming. Fred eased us out of traffic and we were greeted with champagne. I had been downstairs a very, very long time ago and what they have done with the upstairs is just dreamy! Every corner has so many thoughtful touches and designs. Our room was very chic, comfortable and enormous. Frette linens, Jittery Joe's Coffee, Signature Lotions, the wallpaper & tiles. It really felt boutique. We had dinner at Tiny Lou's. Tori was an amazing server and made great suggestions. The homemade brioche, red romaine salad & smash burger were our favorites. We had no sound issues at night. When we left Sam & Brandon kindly got us on our way. I sense that there is strong management team in this hotel and a real bond with the employees. They all seemed so happy to be at the Clermont and hoped I was enjoying my stay. We did!!

The hotel organises wedding parties at night but did not invest in sound proof doors, walls and windows, so I could not sleep during all night, because of the screams and laugh of the partying clients... unacceptable.

Very clean and nice rooms. They will charge your EV while parked. Friendly staff. I used Trip Advisor to get a discount.
