MoreAttended BSides Atlanta 2026. The event was awesome. The staff was very friendly, especially Ms. Phillips at the front desk. She was very efficient, professional, and polite. She represented the travel industry well, and I hope she is recognized for her efforts. Bonus: I got some awesome photos of the Georgia Tech Model T.
MoreWe arrived too late to have lunch in the hotel Tavern and these WONDERFUL young ladies — Ary, Janiah and Shantel — went way above their assigned duties for us! They got us a great table and talked the cook into making us a fresh made to order lunch! This on a late Friday when they had to be tired. But none showed it and they conversed with us while we waited. Service like this used to be expected and common in Atlanta but not anymore. As older people we are very picky and never rate service highly. This was truly exceptional and started our visit perfectly!! Thank you!!

We were fortunate enough to get rooms for Georgia Tech’s family weekend and our room was absolutely spotless and fresh. The sheets and bed linens had been upgraded since our last day there and were downright luxurious. Our room was quiet and peaceful, and the staff was attentive, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the area. It was an easy walk to our tailgate during family weekend at Georgia Tech The location of this property is right next to the Georgia Barnes & Noble bookstore for easy fan shopping.When I expressed my appreciation to Aldijana for her professionalism and attentiveness, I asked her how long she had worked there and she told me 10 years! I hope management sees this review and plan something over the top for her service anniversary. She is a true gem. Looking forward to our next stay!!
