First, let me just say the leadership displayed by this location's Manager, Miss T (that's what I called her) is nothing but EXCELLENCE on display. Miss T personally assisted me as soon as I arrived on October 11, 2026 with customer service that is hard to match, but her staff matched her excellent customer service 100 percent. Ms. Kenya, Ms. Kasey, Ms. Celine, Mr. Erin and Ms. Marie all gave me and my family the best customer service ever. Also the breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. The hotel is kept immaculate and I will definitely be recommending this location to my clients (I'm a travel agent). Thank you to all the staff who made my Birthday weekend one that I shall not forget!

Not only was the hotel beautiful, but the staff was absolutely amazing!Upon check-in, I had the pleasure of meeting an employee whom I will refer to as Ms. Q, as she was wearing beautiful Q earrings. I would like to take a moment to recognize her phenomenal service. She accommodated all my needs with such warmth and professionalism. She was welcoming, pleasant, and genuinely made my stay special.Hampton Inn Atlanta should be incredibly proud to have such a wonderful employee on their team. Booked the room for 8 days get there no parking. I told her when booking I stated handicap and asked the receptionist where was I supposed to to park she stated In garages. The bathroom are outdated. Tub fills up with water when taking a shower. . Held onto the bar in the shower it was loose and a piece fell off.Im 5 stays away from Diamond and was treated like I don’t stay at Hampton all over the world. This is this the worst hotel oh and there is no mention of the parking situation on the website and the bed is hard as a rock!! Karen Lawton
