Community Management Associates in Atlanta, GA – Reviews, Hours, and Contact Details

Roof rot due to no gutter maintenance again. Now more money will be needed to repair soffit and fascia damage.

Just for reference because I kept reading all the reviews see if I had anyone from my own neighborhood that agreed with me

Mismatched siding replaced,(is this the way to treat condo owners with a monthly bank note and HOA fees) this creates an embarrassment.

All and more of the problems are created by CMA not coming on site for maintenance evaluation, but listening to onsite contractor.

This is a terrible management company. Just as others have stated. No transparency, no property improvements, and lack of communication.
