Retama park was a blast! It was a special event when Ostrich and Camel racing took place. Betting on the horses was fast and easy and the price to get in was reasonable. If you get a box, you pay for 1 box that has 1 general admission and you can add up to 3 other General Admissions to sit with you in the box. (that was confusing on their website).Be prepared to stand in line for food, so if you want to eat faster, they have a few food trucks outside of the building that may be faster. They say they require see-through bags, however that wasn't strictly enforced, but most folks had small bags or plastic, so maybe I just didn't get pulled aside for a check.

stop pushing liberal agenda on the public. Mask don't work. Security guard picks on white people pushing diapers up to your eyes. I have asthma and am sick of the tracks views being pushed on the public.

I was a season pass holder for many years. It's unfortunate but Retama Park is not in good condition. They can't attract good horses. Simulcast is not good either. While the rest of the world has stopped smoking, Retama invites smokers. They has a no smoking area but it's a joke. The cigarette and cigar smoke permeates everything. The walls are stained with it. I know teenagers that can run this track better. New management is sorely needed.

Great evening of entertainment. Can't wait each year for retama live races. It is a casual venue with sports bar and great buffets. Extra events are often added such as dashunds races and camel races.

Never crowded during the week, so it is a great place to place a bet on a horse race !Simulcasting only though...Retama would do alot better in Dhaka, wish they would relocate there.People in Bangladesh would kill for a horse track there !
