Terrible experience,Very hot ac units aren’t great, Food not fresh for breakfast on weekends, food on sale expired on shelf’s, but all new inventory is ate up by staff. Smells like weed, rude and disrespectful, Victoria especially and ignorant management, very poor management skills, managers are hostile and incompetent when it comes to leadership, shows favoritism they take advantage of good people and allow other employees to disrespect others. This establishment isn’t what it seems extremely corrupt. Management happens to touch people’s items and take photos such as this, Very flirty and awkward mannerisms. Unprofessional and unpleasant behaviors across the board. Unfair work environment and complete disregard for others, biased and discriminatory behavior goes on from front desk am and pm workers. Will lie and say that no rooms are available if they don’t like how you look. Natasha the Agm manager will call harass you and lie and do manipulative things. Ryan tells people to move out his way, Very bad behavior at this location. Staff eats all the inventory in suite shop without paying. Great for people who don’t mind being in mildew hot rooms and weed smelling hallway. No one really works because they turn people away. This property needs new staff expeditiously and remodeled. Only 2 suites in the hotel, not much to see but homeless nearby it’s not the safest walking area. The aquarium is the best feature and Georgia tech outside of that. Your lucky to have running hot water or water at all, with all the maintenance issues they undergo.

Great location! Great staff! But sadly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We mainly only stay at Hilton hotels and this one is no good. We were put in a 5th floor room next to the street. Keep in mind we paid over 320 dollars for one night. We were not able to sleep due to the road noise. The room was gross. We have pictures of various stains, the carpet squares which were supposed to be glued to the floor were coming up. Stains on the lampshades. No microwave in room. The fridge was unusable as it was warm. We slept maybe an hour each. Very uncomfortable beds as well. To top it off I asked if they had a veteran discount which they do but I was told they couldn’t help me with that as I would have had to have done that when I booked it online despite their being no way to do that online. Breakfast was ok. You will have a $30 valet fee per day not something we accounted for. Overall very disappointing. We will probably not be staying with Hilton ever again if they cannot make this right.

Absolutely horrible! As loyal Hilton customers we were appalled at the quality and conditions of the room. The room was extremely unsanitary. Stains on the walls, mold and water stains on the ceiling, carpet pieces coming up off of the floor, just a disgusting place overall. Over glorified motel 6. For $349 this was a complete rip off and far from the wonderful experience we expect to have at Hilton hotels. We have stayed in Atlanta before at other Hampton Inns and have had nothing but fantastic experiences. We are deeply troubled at the experience we had at this hotel and we will never return again. Had we not spent $349 for the night, we gladly would have left and booked a room at another hotel. Really ruined our trip and made for a disappointing time. I will be contacting corporate.

We chose this hotel primarily because of its proximity to Georgia Tech, as we were attending my son's graduation. The service is magnificent. The employees are super friendly. But the hotel's maintenance leaves much to be desired, specially the bathroom and the bathtub which was incredibly slippery. When I got into the shower, I fell and couldn't get out because it was so slippery that it was impossible to stand up, as there was no non-slip surface on the bottom. I returned to my city covered in bruises, a lot of pain and with a super swollen knee.Please take care about this because one day you are going to have a really bad surprice.

the hotel is great and perfectly located right near Marta. the room was quiet, comfortable and very clean. the staff couldn’t do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. the only negative was that the shower water wasn’t as hot as the sink. otherwise this is a great place to stay.
