A very good outlet here in Houston Texas. At about 20 minutes from Galveston and about an hour from the airport (IAH). Plenty of shops and we were agreably surprised by the good deals we had (easter week-end of april). Going from 30% to 50% off.

All the major brands were represented. One downside is that there were not too many food options for lunch.Shop here all the time. Great stores with great selections.

Had a rainy day with teenagers in Galveston so headed here and it was a good way to keep them busy. Open air outlet mall, but plenty of cover to not get completely wet. Plenty of stores to keep them occupied and looking for new clothes and shoes. My one son says they need more game type stores or gadgets - but overall a nice outlet mall.

i visited during the weekday. not crowded but the stores were opening late also. smaller than other outlets that i am used but worth the visit.
