Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and welcoming! The front desk team greeted me with warm smiles and friendly conversation, making me feel right at home. The Kickback staff were attentive and engaging, making sure guests felt well taken care of. Ms. Joyce at breakfast was an absolute gem! Her warmth and personality were a highlight of my stay. I would gladly return time and time again just to see her! Kudos to the GM and the entire staff for making my stay so welcoming and enjoyable. You have a team to be proud of!

Location was good by the airport when we visit Atlanta will stay there again. Staff was excellent the evening reception was real good

The hotel is super convenient when flying out of ATL. We check-in, take the rental back, return to the hotel on the shuttle, and settle in for the night in preparation for our travel home in the morning. The staff is great, the amenities are great, it's super close to the airport, the rooms are nice and clean, and there are always updates and upgrades being made.

Great airport location w shuttle, good prices. offers food in pm and am (we missed both bec of flight times). friendly front desk people. Clean, quiet. rooms large enough for 2 and big suitcases. all around good experience for a night before travel.
