What a beautiful park! My son loved watching the fish and ducks and we couldnt get him off the playground. Beautiful place for family with children.

This is one of our favorite Anchorage parks :). Located right in midtown (with lots of free parking nearby), there’s an excellent groomed oval track for ice skating enthusiasts, plus a smaller area (the duck pond) for families and kids... in the summer, lots of folks stroll on the open paths and enjoy the playground (but please don’t feed the waterfowl, as this activity has created water quality issues in the pond). Enjoy this awesome all season outdoor spot!

This is a great kid friendly park with a lot of age appropriate playground equipment, large grassy areas, walking paths, picnic tables and various benches. There are port-a-potties available.

This is a delightful place to go to. Providing a wonderful view of the water and opportunity to walk, jog or bike along a beautiful trail lining the inlet of Anchorage. Children and families can enjoy a beautiful park area with clean (yes I said clean) portable toilets.Opportunity to eat delicious hotdogs or picnic with a loved one. You will enjoy this park.

This is a nice city park with a convenient central location. It has open areas of grass and some paved walking paths (about 3/4 mile). There is a nice 100% accessible all-inclusive playground, a bandstand or amphitheater, and a pond. In winter there is a speed skating track and the pond is used for ice skating. We visited in summer and were staying at a nearby hotel. It was a pleasant place to walk in the evening. There were a lot of ducks and geese around, so we did have to be careful not to step in their poo. When we first arrived in town there was a carnival set up in the grassy field. A parking lot is available and it's close to several bus stops. Restrooms are portable toilets.
