Shamane's Bake shoppe is locally owned and operated by Pastry Chef Shamane Simons. We specialize in pies, quiches, cupcakes, birthday cakes, wedding cakes, specialty cakes and desserts as well as savory cuisine. Our Bakery, located in Boulder, Colorado, is open Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM& Saturdays 9am-3:00pm. We offer a variety of seasonal breakfast and lunch items, including sandwiches; pastries; quiches, breakfast burritos; The Coffee Ride coffee, espresso, and beverages; Bhakti Chai & The Tea Spot Teas; The best croissants, pastries, desserts & cookies. We use only the finest ingredients, including locally grown and organic ingredients in all our pies, quiches, cupcakes, cakes, and pot pies. We also cater to specialty diets. Shamane's Bake Shoppe is also located at the Growing Gardens Farm Stand, Wednesday evenings. We look forward to seeing and serving you soon.
