I have had the pleasure of working with Diana for many years. I can't imagine finding a more caring, accomplished provider. The spa's tranquil environment and Diana's self formulated products are second to none. There is a reason why she is so busy; her services are well worth the occasional wait.

This was the best facial I've ever had, and the cheapest! I had the Aromaglow facial, and it was absolutely amazing. Diana also threw in a great shoulder and leg massage, LED light treatment for my hands, and all of her products are organic. I loved that she explained all of the treatments and ingredients she was using on me. I definitely recommend this to anyone, and it's a bargain. Will definitely be coming back for more. Diana also booked me on short notice since I was coming home from Afghanistan for a visit.

I have had at least half a dozen facials and/or massages from Sante Spa. This is a small, company with only the owner doing services. She takes the time to get to know you and does her very best to personalize the service she gives. Yes, she is only one person, so her schedule does fill up. The benefit of this is that you will always get the same exceptional person doing your service, and not some random employee each time that doesn't know you. I love that her products are natural, and she explains each product and it's purpose. I will continue to go to Sante Spa, as often as I can.

I wanted to go relax and get a facial, so I scheduled an appointment with a coupon. I didn't realize the appointment would be almost 2 months out I called the owner, Diana and she was very nasty with me. She would not refund the purchase as I needed something sooner. Very bad way to run a business Diana!

Could not see schedule until after purchase of facial deal. Offer stated may be a few weeks out. First appt was nearly TWO months out. Requested a refund, she refused, stating all purchases were non-refundable. She kept my money even though I was not able to schedule an appt (who can schedule a facial two months ahead?!). Very poor business practice. (She wanted to speak with me about it. I wasn't willing to speak with someone who stood on some ridiculous premise, and was willing to keep my money even though she didn't earn it).
