Vinaigrette is a charming restaurant that focuses salads. The menu has everything from traditional salads, like the Caesar or Greek, to signature creations, like The Beet Goes On or Cherry Tart. You can even personalize your meal by adding a topping including grilled shrimp, lemon-herb chicken breast, and grilled flack steak. Best of all, most of the ingredients are organic and come for local sources. If you're not in the mood for a salad then try one of their sandwiches or soups. Make sure you save room for dessert, with options like homemade ice cream and keylime cheesecake.
