We source our fruit from the state in which it is best known for, for example: Wild blueberries from Maine, Granny Smith apples from Washington, and Peaches from Georgia! We import our chocolate from Belgium and use only fresh whipped cream on all our cream pies. We only use butter in our crumb topped pies and make all our gravies for our savory pot pies from scratch.
