This was the most accommodating pet friendly hotel we have stayed at. The courtyard for walking pets was so much nicer than walking the perimeter of the parking lot. Breakfast was a plus, and Billie at the front desk was charming and helpful.
MoreLocation was very convenient with amazing hospitality. Billie Jean was my receptionist during my stay and she had such an amazing attitude with unmeasured kindness!Would go back easily!
MoreGreat hotel! Easy to access off I75. Our room was nice and clean. Fantastic atmosphere. Shea was fantastic when we checked in. She was so friendly and welcoming. Gave us some info on places to eat. Our room was a great value for the money. Small workout room but clean. Breakfast was included. Shea was also working the breakfast room the next morning. Such a nice person. Billie Jean was working the desk when we checked out. She was also so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
MoreBest Western Riverside Macon Georgia. Booked a three day stay the first night large cockroaches noticed in the bedroom dog going crazy unable to sleep due cockroaches running around the room. Checked out next morning asked for a refund for the next two days as we were not staying at that any longer, they refused refund. It was a nice hotel overall but cockroaches. I just can’t deal with bad business practices as well.
MoreGood people and clean rooms and good breakfasts. Thanks Billie Jean.
