tripadvisorSAFETY ALERT & UNAUTHORIZED BILLING!!!If you have Choice privileges membership, its not even regarded here at all. The room was very small, and smelled foul, like sewage, linen was also musty, thankfully I brought my own comforter. The bathtub was dirty and drained poorly. There are marks and dings on the walls Room 147, which had visible pry-bar damage and a 1-inch gap in the door frame, compromising the safety of the room. The hotel manually finalized a $50 deposit as a withdrawal at 8:20 AM—nearly 3 hours before checkout. Despite having a final receipt showing a $0.00 balance, the hotel refused to refund the unauthorized charge, forcing me to file a formal bank dispute. While the checkout staff was professional, the check-in clerk in the afternoon (3/13) was very rude and provided misinformation regarding cancellation policies. Check your bank statements immediately if you stay here. Between the compromised door security and the unauthorized billing, I cannot recommend this property. Also, their wifi disconnects every couple of minutes, when you call the tech number on their website it says they property is not even assigned. There was also loud blasting music from the parking lot, random people pulling in and out the parking lot and rooms in the back various hours. This is not a secured place i regret coming here save your money there are plenty of other better Quality Inns around I recommend Perry an Byron GA
MoreAs a Diamond Elite member, this was one of worst stays I have encountered. I chose this location for work, because it had many positive reviews, I question if they are even legit. Many of the positive reviews are speaking about upgrades that were made, what upgrades? it is a poor quality hotel that charges you a unnecessary $50 dollar deposit fee.The room in the back 1st floor, showed clear signs of attempted forced entry/tampering around the door latch which had been poorly painted over. There was also a significant half-inch gap under the door, making the room feel unsecure and allowing hallway odors in.The check-in staff, a young female worker was hostile and dismissive. A $50 deposit was demanded without clear prior disclosure or a professional explanation at all. She didn't seem knowledgeable about cancellation policies either when I was considering just leaving. The room had a foul, musty odor, and I had smell of second-hand smoke coming into my room from next door despite being non-smoking. The ceiling had soft spots and chipping paint with exposed nails. The bathtub was dirty and did not drain properly. The Wi-Fi was unstable and disconnected every few hours. When you call the tech support number provided by the hotel (800-725-5274), I received a recording stating the number was not assigned.I had to rely on my personal mobile hotspot just to complete my work. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially business travelers or loyalty members. I wish I never came here at all
MoreWas looking for a bargain hotel. Was willing to be happy with a bed and bath. Was absolutely thrilled with this Quality Inn. Arrived thinking it was closed. The night manager was quite nice and the lobby was neat and organized. When I got to my room, it was neat, fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable and everything more than acceptable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. I would stay there again.
MoreThis location apparently underwent an upgrade. It was clean, comfortable and nice. The price was good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was hot and tasty with a variety of items to choose from. A definite stop on our next travel through the area.
MoreTicked all the boxes. We needed a pet friendly place for a one night stay en-route to Illinois from Florida and this fit the bill. Less than a hundred bucks a night. Clean pool area. Rooms were a bit dingy but the beds were clean and comfortable. The floors were gross. They seriously need a good mopping. Skip the complementary breakfast in the morning and go up to Waffle House.
