Not the most friendly staff I've dealt with. Not impressed with the items I had to choose from. Couldn't find what I was looking for.

Love JCPenney. I always find something I like in this store. They have great sales. I've been shopping here for over 30 years and have never had an unpleasant experience. Sales associates are the most friendly and helpful of any I've come in contact with. They must love their jobs because they always have smiles on their faces.
