Driver was extremely personable without being intrusive. I got to my house much sooner than I expected.. Took the taxi from the airport in RDU to my home in Wake Forest. Thanks driver 284!

Whenever I travel with taxi taxi, it has been pleasant. They have always been on time! They've picked me up on time and get me there on time.

We took Taxi Taxi home from the airport. The driver was great - very polite and helpful! The price was less than half the price of Uber. Taxi Taxi doesn't have all the add on junk fees like Uber and Lyft. The driver took us directly home; he didn't try to go the long way like some drivers do. It was an excellent experience. Definitely check out Taxi Taxi at the RDU airport.

Horrible experience! I'm a seasoned international traveler and horrified that RDU has sunken so low as to allow a company this poor, with so many horrible reviews to continue to operate. I got in the only taxi available after a late night arrival with my wife. Driver seemed OK at first, then when we got inside he didn't want us to use the taxi's meter - RED FLAG!!! I was accustomed to using the CURB app in these taxi's so I logged in anyway. He asked us if $30 flat fare was OK for our 5 minute trip and I said I would agree to pay whatever fare the meter charged. His tone became hostile, but he continued to drive us to our destination while becoming more and more agitated and insistent that I cancel my login to the meter and pay him directly. My wife became upset and begged me to capitulate. We both became very fearful for our safety and almost bailed from the taxi, despite the short ride. We arrived, unloaded our bags and the app managed the transaction. I checked my receipt and the taxi number was captured, but not the driver's ID. The fare was ~1/2 the flat fare the driver tried to charge us. I certainly wasn't going to trust him with my credit card number. I will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. We are frequent and highly experienced travelers and have had multiple issues with this service in the last 2-3 years including not being picked up on time (or at all), unable to speak to someone about missed pickups, being lied to regarding when our driver would arrive and now this scary experience in the middle of the night. It is a shame because sometimes this same company and other drivers provide reasonably good (albeit expensive) services. I just won't subject my family or friends to this sketchy service ever again.

I took a taxi from RDU home. The driver told me I should take Uber. He didn't want to give me a ride because it wasn't a long distance. He wanted to go the longest way and got mad when I asked him to go the shortest way. He dropped me off in front of my long driveway to manage my own luggage up the driveway. I am elderly, so that wasn't easy. He was so angry and hostile. I don't think he should be working in a business with customer interactions.
