The only positive about this place is its location. The trolly comes through the parking lot. The room is filthy dirty! The furniture had holes and dirt on it. We were told we had a deluxe king room. They moved us to a family suite. It was dirty and uncomfortable. It looks nothing like the pictures advertised.

Amazing people, amazing place, at the beach was beautiful clean not crowded right out 50 ft from the door if you're a beach person this is the place to go the room was wonderful the breakfast was really good but it's a staff that made it best they work super hard and with a smile if you fish wonderful place beautiful on the eyes and easy on the pocket

My wife and I stayed at this property from 6-30-2026 to 7-2-2026. Overall, for the price, location, very friendly staff, we were pleased. It could use some updating, but our room was very well maintained and the AC worked very well. Sometimes hotel showers can be a bit suspect, but ours was very clean. The breakfast was satisfactory. But the room was clean and the food they put out was enough for us to leave satisfied. The check in and check out procedure took place without incident with the staff always very friendly and offering to help. Another thing that was nice was that the trolley goes right thru the parking lot enroute to 22 other stops. In closing, we would definitely stay at this property again and if you decide to stay here, you will find that you made a wise choice.

Filthy! Even upgraded to a suite for and it was beyond nasty. We left and stayed at The Ponce. And, I can't get a refund. I can't give this place a severe enough review. Stay away!
