Turn Your Ideas into a Quality Custom‐Designed House Plan You've decided to design and build your own house in St John's County, Florida. Maybe you're planning an addition to your existing home or embarking on a radical remodeling project. Whether your venture is large or small, it all starts with a vision. Your vision. My job as a house designer is to turn that image into reality by creating a quality, house plan that mirrors exactly what you want in your dream home and--just as importantly--will be accepted by any reputable engineer or builder.
