I went there on July 27, 2024. I purchased ten large viburnum and 3 med viburnum. We rung up the amount of $519(.72, this amount included $33.00 for delivery) on my credit card. I then asked the owner if he had topsoil he replied yes. I mentioned that I wanted to do a berm for the bushes as opposed to just planting them flat. So he rung up a second sale of $170.40 for 20 bags of .75 cu ft of topsoil. He mentioned that he would deliver at the end of the day. I realized it was late in the day so I offered to have him deliver another day so as to not rush him. He said okay, how about Monday (July 29). The owner delivered on Monday July 29 the 13 bushes and said that he forgot the 2 bags of topsoil and Wed July 31 he was getting a shipment of viburnum so I ordered two more viburnum and he said he would bring them up when he delivered the soil. I waited and Wed Jul 31 no show, Thurs Aug 1 no show, Fri Aug 2 no show. On Fri Aug 2 I called the owner and told him I finished the project and asked for a refund on the topsoil I paid for that was never delivered and he agreed and said that he would call me at the end of the day for my card number as he was not in the shop. He never called. On Aug 5 I called no answer so I hung up. He called me later in the day and did not know it was me. He said Yeah I got this missed call how can I help you. I said this is Fran and he said, Yeah I issued you the credit yesterday (that would have been Sunday August 4). I called on August 6 two times no answer and called again on Aug 11th no answer. Today is August 26 and still have no credit issued. I checked with my credit card company with my bank and there is still no credit from thi_f.
