As soon as we checked in, the room reeked of the smoke smell. There was a roach on top of the bed frame, hot water was extremely hard to figure out, floor was disgusting and every surface was gross. I just wanted to drive home as soon as I saw this. Whatever you do don’t stay here. There also stains on the new towels for us and the sheets had dirt and hair and stains all in them and that was before we even got in them.

Drove 4 hours to the establishment to have to go right back home. My trip was a “FREE” night that was booked by Wyndham representative they stated it wasn’t a security deposit at the hotel i would be staying at. Then when i get there, the guy stated it was and told me to call them i did that they wanted to speak to him and he didn’t care that i was a women traveling with small kids, it was no reasoning with him it was no sympathy. He didn’t care he wanted the money, even the Wyndham rewards tried to speak to him and nothing . And you know what i get ? Turned around no money back no points back !! Wyndham money hungry

The room was very very dirty, the shower was filthy and stained, the shower curtain barely stayed up, there was no hot water to shower with, the sink, barely drained, and would fill up with water… Which means it was filled with old hair and residue, which is disgusting. I wore socks on my feet the entire time and my socks were entirely black at the bottom. The worst part is the hotel room price was jacked up because Parent weekend at FSU and I paid $700 of hard earned money for a very ghetto hotel! I think it’s criminal that the price was raised so high for a hotel with very poor conditions… I felt dirty staying here!

I made a reservation at Baymont in Tallahassee, FL, for one of our volunteers who was doing a transport for our nonprofit. The front desk clerk was extremely rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. From the moment she walked in, he was rude and belligerent to her. She believes he was addressing her like that because she is a woman.When she walked in, he said Go sit down! The lobby was empty, and there was nobody else at the desk. She said No thanks, I've been sitting down driving, I'd rather stand.GO SIT DOWN! He wasn't polite. He didn't say I'll be with you in a moment, would you like to take a seat? He yelled at her twice. She declined again.When he finally acknowledged her, he refused to let her check in with the company credit card in her possession that we use for every transport. She called me on speakerphone, and I asked if he could email me the credit card authorization form. We do that routinely, and it's not a big deal. He said No, I send you a text. I repeated that I needed the credit card authorization form, and tried to give him my email address. He said to her Take that off speaker phone. I don't want to talk to him! It wasn't a miscommunication or misunderstanding. He was just rude and abrasive. I asked her to get his name so I could contact the Wyndham CEO, and he yelled at her again Take that off speaker! She was so upset and frustrated she said I'll go somewhere else. I'll sleep in the van. I don't want anything to do with this place. I asked him again to send me the credit card authorization form, and he yelled I SAID I'M SENDING IT TO YOU! The business card at the desk said: Jay Pandya. This individual is not representing Wyndham well, and I can't believe he is the type of person you want representing your company. As a Wyndham Platinum member, I have never experienced such hostility or abrasiveness from an employee before. Needless to say, we won't ever stay at that hotel again. I wonder how many other customers he's chasing away.

This place was a total dump. We found a curly pubic hair on the roll of toilet paper, the tub had some brown sticky stuff on it, the towels were wet, literally wet. The TV had more fingerprints on it than AFIS (national fingerprint data base). When we informed management they just blew it off like it was nothing. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. Just a total dump.
