My first time staying here, though I have stayed at a different Hilton property in Tallahassee in the past. Lovely warm welcome at reception upon check-in, though no recognition of my HH status, and the lobby had a very odd fishy smell to it.My room was a little on the small side for what was referred to as a “king suite”, but it did have everything I needed and appeared very clean. It also smelled very clean, which was a pleasant surprise! Super strong fan in the bathroom (bonus!), but there was only one option to use it: on or off in conjunction with the light. Beds were beyond comfortable — perhaps one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on and I slept so well on both nights I was there! Very cosy and quiet.Small but well stocked gym and all the equipment appeared to be working.A few slight negatives:>> Strong smell of marijuana in the elevators (gross) at one point, but gratefully I only smelt it that one time.>> Every time I went down to the lobby I noticed staff were sparse (if not nowhere to be found). And despite the warm greeting upon arrival, it wasn’t as warm upon my departure two days later.>> A note also that you may require a PhD to work the ice machines!

MoreJemal was great at check-in very professional helpful and friendly. The breakfast with Stephanie was an amazing experience. The breakfast area was spotless watching Stephanie with her attention to detail the professionalism and enjoyment taking care of the guests. Listening to her singing quietly in the background was an absolute delight. We have stayed at countless Hampton properties but this is the best. We look forward to our next visit. Thanks to the staff for making us feel at home.
