Rude and unprofessional. They won't listen to your opinions. Aviod here to make your life easier. It's just a vacuum, you can get it almost everywhere else with better service.

I took my vacuum here and even though it wasn't a brand they normally worked on the man fixed it and answered all my questions while I played with their company cat.
