Bill Ray Senior sold farm machinery, trucks, tractors and even household appliances! As Central Florida grew so did Bill Ray Senior's operation. Orange Belt truck and tractor soon added Seminole Truck and tractor in June of 1948 making Bill Ray Senior the areas first mega dealer. In 1955, he was installed as VP of Orlando Automobile and truck dealer Association in recognition of his contribution to Central Florida and the business community. Bill Ray, Jr. continued the tradition by opening the Datsun franchise in 1973. Datsun vehicles were a natural for the Ray family.
