I originally learned about H4H through Groupon, but have been back several times for cryotherapy, sonic trainer, spa capsule, vacustep, and lipo laser. I am always greeted politely, I can find appointments at times that suit my schedule, and Kathie is one of the most educated health advocates I've ever met! She answers questions about the origins of and impacts one can expect from any of the treatments she offers. She's also one of the busiest people I've ever met. I hope that others can experience H4H.

So my best friend ask me to ride with her to an appointment didn't tell me what. So we pull up to Spa Help for Health and she tells me what she is doing a V steam.... So this is her first time so we ask if there is an opening for me to try it. It was she put us in a room together and tell us about her different services and spa parties she does on Sunday's . I've scheduled my appointment for my birthday. I truly recommend this place.

I purchased a groupon for a series of 3 treatments at Help for Health. I wouldn't have known about it otherwise. It was somewhat difficult to book the appointments because the phone is rarely answered. However, I found that appointments can be booked online as well. The facility is clean and appears to have the latest equipment. I was satisfied with the service. Staff was friendly and there is free parking out front.

Come prepared to be educated. Kathy, the owner, is so very genuine, knowledgeable, professional, and excited you want to treat your body. The tumbler is an awesome machine for your core muscles and also the pre-step to the colonic. Wrap up your awesome body adventure with some time in an infrared sauna. By the way, the $89 Groupon is worth all it's value! Start the new year off right and do your body a genuine favor! You won't regret it! Kathi Fentress, Help for Health Spa is one of the best health spas I have ever been. Kathi is a wonderful woman with vast health knowledge. I spent a few hours at the spa between a colonic, the Cryosauna, the Infrared sauna, the Vacustep, the Turbosonic, and the Spa Capsule. My favorites were the freezing Cryosauna and then warm up with Infrared Sauna. The Vacustep was a great lower body work out and the Turbosonic was a great muscle toner. Best was the dry water sauna with clothes on to relax at the end of all the treatments. She partners with a holistic nutritionist and an acupressure massage therapist. You will feel revived after going to this spa.
