WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY - YOU WANT A GOOD FACIAL TRY TO FIND MARIED FACIALS ON GOOGLE. THE QUIET ROOM WAS NOT QUIET AT ALL. THE Y TRY TO UP SELL YOU MORE SERVICES.

I had a wonderfully relaxing massage and facial, then enjoyed the sauna and steam room. The facility was clean and relaxing and the staff was very professional and attentive. I would definitely return.

While the service was nice, the manager Christine was so rude on the phone. She kept asking me if I was from Naples or out of town and had no clue what she was talking about. Highly recommend an establishment that’s trained to answer the phone. I gave them 2 stars, instead of one because the work was good, but communication to book an appointment was awful.

Recently a friend and I went to the Woodhouse Spa. I had a massage and she had a facial. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The massage was nice and my friend very much enjoyed her collagen facial. The only reservation I would have in recommending the spa is the facility is not luxurious or relaxing. The locker room is large with over 25 lockers. There are only 2 restrooms, which do not have sinks in them. The sinks are located outside of the restrooms where two women were flat ironing their hair and had to move in order for me to wash my hands. The Quiet Room is set up like a doctors office only with nicer chairs. If you are looking just for a service, Woodhouse is fine; if you are want a true, relaxing spa experience with great ambiance this is not the place.
