tripadvisorI took my Mom and Daughter on the Mother’s Day Cruise. The seating and service were okay but the food wasn’t great. I didn’t expect gourmet but for the price of $90+ (seated close to the entertainment) I expected better.
MoreWe had a great time. The “crew” and the crew were engaging and helpful.
MoreAn excellent evening! From the moment we stepped onto The Barbara Lee we were greeted with warm and welcoming hellos. The staff was very attentive to everyone. The Barbara Lee was decked out in Halloween theme and inviting. For anyone with mobility issues- book for the bottom deck as there are approximately 6 steps to the mid deck. Bathrooms (at least on the bottom deck) might present a problem if using a walker or wheelchair/scooter.The food was great! My husband and I both had the prime rib and it did not disappoint!I can’t remember the name of the Entertainment Hostesses, but WOW what a beautiful voice and class act.Would we do it again? Yes!! Beautiful evening on the St. John’s River.
MoreThis was the 3rd year and 3rd time on the lunch cruise. We invite different friends to enjoy the cruise with, as much for the meal as the scenery on the St. John’s River. Jackie and her staff make it a fun, pleasant dining experience. Full course meals with broad choice of dinner options, (meat, fish & vegetarian) prepared & served on the boat while cruising. Entertainment and River history is a bonus!
MoreWe went on this boat for New Years Eve to have a good time. It was the worst time ever. For starters they served shrimp as an appetizer for everyone at the table. The shrimp was spoiled which almost made me vomit. The bread was stale. It was impossible to get a glass of wine. So instead we ordered a bottle of wine. Our dinner was served at 12:30 am. I ordered Prime Rib and the glob of fat was half of the meat. The crowd was about 90% 55 & over. The music was current rock, rap, and not targeted to the audience. Bottom line is it was the worst I have ever experienced and will NEVER be back.
