If I could leave negative stars for the Royal Palm Beach Massage envy I would. Massage Envy Causes more stress that it relieves. On April 27, 2022 My Beautiful Woman, Dawn, was taking a Spiritual Day that is provided through the Christian College where she works. She booked a massage and facial sessions with Massage Envy two weeks in advanced so she was prepared for this day. On the day of her massage she received a call one hour prior to her long awaited massage that they were cancelling. In all the years that I have known Dawn, I had never once seen her this angry, frustrated, and crushed by anything. When she called back to see what was going to be done to get this rectified they informed her that there was nothing that could be done, told her to calm down, and hung up on her! She called back and the counter person said that they would have the manager call when she got in, ................... she did not. The counter person said that they would call to other locations and see if there were any other openings, .................. the did not (I know this because after 30 minutes I called to other locations and found one was available but we could not make it there in 10 minutes, had he done what he said he would do, we could have made the alternate appointment). She cried all morning, because this is not the first time that she has had issues with this company, she's had issues simply getting appointments even though they have no issues taking her monthly payments. She has had gift cards expire and become useless because she could not get in for an appointment. I have watched her year after year trying to frustratingly deal with trying to get an appointment Massage Envy. She was informed that if she discontinued her contract that there would be no compensation and that she would lose the eleven services that she currently has backed up on her account due to the fact that Massage Envy doesn't have the capability of accommodating the needs, of what I've read, ALOT of their clients. When you take hard earned money from others knowing full well that you are going to have issues fulfilling your obligations, as noted and documented in these other reviews, you are SCAMMING your clients. Until you personally reach out and rectify what you did to Dawn I am personally going warn others about your service through word of mouth, through social media, and through reviews everywhere that I can post them. And No I will not respond to your referred complaint department link. NOTE: Just recently Dawn received a call that Massage Envy Management would call her within 48 hours to resolve, the did not.

This was a wonderful experience, i was on vacation with my hubby, went down to the front desk of my hotel ask the desk clerk where can i get a good massage with a quick response she said massage envy, google the village blvd location, they got me in same day 60mins later i was feeling great, they had friendly staff, great service, clean environment (plus), professional massage tech (major plus), and excellent price (super duper plus, especially when my husband saw the charge), also found out they had a location close to us in Ohio, so overall this was a great experience i will be back and i do encourage others to go

I booked a deep tissue massage with a sugar foot scrub. I loved the therapist, he had good energy and made me feel comfortable and afterwards when the young lady offered me some perks for joining as a member I signed up. It's a much better price for massages than most spas when you do the membership and she explained it all very clearly. I'm surprised more people don't do it. Would recommend to anyone local.

I choose to go to this business the day of the end of my trip as my vacation was not a pleasurable experience. I went in looking to relax and not have to worry about anything other then the pleasurable feeling of my massage. However, my massage professional talked to me the whole time and kept starring at my exposed naked body discreetly. However, the worse part of this experience was that from the minute I walked through the doors, I was bombarded with pressure to sign up for a membership. So eventually I gave in and signed up for a membership. I went to present my debit card for payment and they swiped it however when I found out I could use my HSA card I politely asked them to remove my debit card information from their systems and use my HSA card instead. So I assumed they would honor my request. A few months later when they went to charge my HSA card for my dues, they were unable to charge it as I no longer had health insurance. So because they were unsuccessful with charging my HSA card, they went ahead and charged my debit card fraudulently. When I immediately noticed this charge in my account I contact the parlor. The manager was completely rude and refused to refund my money and my membership unless I gave her a new card for payment. She then hung up on me. What a living nightmare!! I was ripped off and stolen from by a company that I never would have thought would have had the audacity to do this.
