What can I say.. Rosen plaza is great.. yes it’s not a Disney hotel. But it’s got everything you need. The rooms are recently rejuvenated, and there is work still ongoing on top floor levels, but overall I’d recommend this place. It’s kept immaculate by the staff. They are welcoming and helpful. Food from bar 39 is lovely and service is great. It is more for adult or older families but it is great if you want quieter times. 5 ⭐️

We recently stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The recent renovation has transformed the property into a beautiful, modern, and welcoming space. Everything felt fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully updated, from the lobby to the guest rooms.Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the entire hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and had a crisp, fresh feel that immediately made me comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with modern amenities that made my stay both relaxing and convenient.The attention to detail really stood out, and it’s clear that the hotel takes pride in providing an exceptional guest experience. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and modern place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to my next visit!

The hotel and rooms are clean and adequate. The AC works wonderfully. Check in was fast. We arrived early and they were happy to store our bags until check in time. Staff is friendly. The location is along the International Drive corridor and accessible to the Orange County Convention Center. I have been traveling a lot this past year and had somewhat higher expectations. I know the Orlando area has 1000s of options, so, given the price of our room, this hotel does under perform. My critiques:1) Internet included with the room is basic and is only suitable for email etc. They offer an upgrade for more money to have better internet for streaming. 2) TV only allows streaming if you stream from your phone (with the extra upgraded internet) and download another app. So, it was not an option for us. We finally tried to pay for an on demand movie to find that our TV glitches with movies and cannot show any movies. The hotel sent help with 30 minutes of us calling about the issue (I love the response)--and the technician informed us about half the rooms have this problem and cannot show movies. 3) No actual glasses to drink water, there are a few basic paper cups at the mini coffee machine, but started getting the feeling from the room that everything was cheaper here. Likewise the artwork in the room is very disjointed and blah. Not a big thing, just the room feels pretty under powered.4) pool is smaller than most other area hotels. I read an earlier review that complained about the lack of personality and I wondered if the reviewer was just being hyper critical, but I totally get it now. It is a great summary, it is just an overall feeling of lack of personality or purpose here.

Great convention hotel, several great restaurants in hotel, fantastic staff, they really pamper you.
