The service was exceptional. We were supposed to fly into Orlando but due to airline problems our flight was cancelled. We had booked a car through Noris and had to let them know we wouldn't be needing to be picked up at the airport because we had to rent a car to drive from Minneapolis. They were very understanding and even called us after we arrived in FL to make sure we made the trip okay and were very good about changing our reservation for pickup at our hotel a day later than we planned seeing we extended our vacation. They were so good about confirming our plans for departure the day before we were to leave FL. The driver arrived right on time and was so kind and friendly to us. The vehicle was spotless. We would definitely recommend Noris Limousine service to anyone going to the Orlando area.

This service asks to be paid in full upon arrival at the destination, preferable in cash since the driver may not have the credit card machine. I have used this service several times in the past (under a different name) and this was an unusual request. The driver in Orlando airport was prompt and courteous. Our return hotel pick up time (2:15) was printed on the paperwork yet the driver did not show up. We called after five minutes and were told that the pickup time was at 2. We were out front 20 minutes before pickup so this was a lie. When mentioned, they changed the story and said 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later, we called and were told they thought the pickup was at 3:00 and he would be there in another ten minutes. When the driver showed up 35 minutes past our scheduled pick up time, he told us that he just got notified after our first call. We arrived at Orlando International Airport 1 hour before our flight!! Thankfully we booked seats and bags ahead and an agent took pity on us and passed us through the 20 minute check in line and 40 minute security line. Skip this ride service and get an Uber or Lyft. Save yourself a whole bunch of stress and money!

Excellent car service that I used for a roundtrip airport transfer. George and Mark were very professional,courteous,and on time. My transfer included a 30 minute stop at grocery store. It made flying with a child easy. I didnt have to worry about car safety. The price was very reasonable. It helped make my Disney World vacation stress free.
