Excellent in all ways. I find all massage therapist are very good. Today I had a hot stone massage with Sara D. and she is now my favorite. I appreciated comfortable B12+combo injection she also provided.

This was my first visit to this spa. It is very tranquil with a large retail selection. The locker area and changing rooms were clean and the robe they gave me to use was very plush. I went in for the Unwinder Massage which when I made the appointment said it included warmed oils. I was looking forward to that but the oils used were cold enough to make me jump when applied. The massage was great and they worked on the trouble spots I mentioned well. I did come out very relaxed. I look forward to another visit.

Booked a pedicure appointment and was sent.a text inviting me to show up 30 minutes early to use the relaxation room. Upon arrival, I was told the relaxation room would cost an additional $35 even though I would simply be sitting in there for 20 minutes, not drinking anything or using the shower/sauna/steam room. I asked to speak with the manager, Fawn, and she could not have been more arrogant and rude, even though the spa sent me the invite failing to mention the add on price tag.

I went for a salon service on May 27th. When making the appointment by phone earlier in the month I was assured that the salon was following CDC guidance and reopening regulations including masks worn by all staff and service people as well as social distancing between service stations and clients. NONE of those things were evident at the time that I arrived for my appointment. I was told at that time that no salon requirements regarding COVID were in place. What a bunch of nonsense! I did not stay for my appointment and was able to secure service from another salon that WAS following the guidelines and regulations. I followed up my appointment with an email with concerns and NEVER received a response! I guess a 6 year client does not deserve the courtesy of a return reply. Shame on you Essentials!!

I am writing my review because I want to warn people about this place. My daughter was getting married on February 29, 2020, and she decided to go to Essentials Medispa and Salon in Viera, FL. Met at 9:00am on February 29, 2020, with a few of us (3 Bridesmaids, 5 Flower girls, a grandmother, a step mother, the bride and myself the Mother of the bride. What does that mean? CONFUSION! One of the front desk girls put us in a locker area where there were lockers to keep our stuff SAFE, you put in your own combination and locked it with the same combination, after being there from 8:00am to 2:45pm that is when the confusion started! My locker was open because I was getting dressed, taking pictures and just trying to get to the ceremony in one piece. I went to the sitting area where I could get my shoes on and get out to take pictures, not thinking of what was happening in the dressing area. Once done with the pictures, I noticed my stuff in my locker was out and put on the ledge there, but my purse (clutch) was missing, I asked where is my purse????? NO ONE said anything, I went back to my locker and found my purse in the next locker NOT the locker I had for that day. FINALLY, we left the area (and I did not look in my purse because I trust ALL). We got to the ceremony, danced, ate, and cleaned up, and it was time for me to go to Sonny's to tip them and when I opened my purse, YOU GOT IT, MY MONEY WAS GONE!!!!!! The next day I called Emily (the english women) there at the spa and asked if anyone turned in my money, ( I wasn't sure how my money grew legs and jumped out of my clutch) but what the heck I thought maybe just maybe I might have dropped my purse and opened it on the floor and did not pick up my money. She immediately told me that they don't have thieves there, and I said I don't have thieves in my family! I asked her to look at the cameras, and she said she would have the General Manager contact me the following day as she was not going to be there for the following 2 days. (I'm still waiting for that call!) . what a SHOCK! This is NOT the first time they were to call me back. I called her again and with No LUCK! This is NO different then when they scheduled my daughter for her trial and we paid for it and it was a MESS my daughter left crying about her hair, and Emily contacted my daughter and said she would have a different person do her hair, well, it was no better then the trial. I guess if you can steal from a bride then you can steal from the bridal party! I WOULD NOT recommend Essentials Medispa and Salon in Viera, FL for ANYTHING and if you do go, leave your MONEY at home they will rip you off. OH and By The Way, I am still waiting for a call. I really enjoyed my day before for a message thou, but because of the way they treated me through this, I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN, and I will tell ALL in our area about this. I do have a picture of my purse with the money missing, (funny my camera took that picture at the zoo at 3:30pm on Saturday 2/29/2020). P.S. if there was a 0 in my stars that is what I would have given for their customer service.
