Very disappointed. Such a waste of time and money. If I wanted to take a 15 minute walk to look at decorations I could have just walked my neighborhood for free! Clearly understaffed and just not scary at all. I couldn’t wait for it to end I was so bored.

Way too dark and a lot of the haunts were really just props from old films. Not much of a scare or spectacle factor. I would give it a 3/5 ghosts just for the length. So much more could be done here.

It was a really fun time. You’ll wait a lot less if you get the VIP tickets was worth it for us. Haunted house design is awesome the scare factor id say is a 6/10 so kids 12+ can definitely handle. The maze was an unexpectedly super scary and fun experience. Worth the extra $10 we loved it!!!

me and my adult functioning but autistic son went to their recent lights out event at Hundred acre manor. They recommended buying time slots in advance online so we did for 7PM. we arrived at 6;35 and lined up in a general line, no time slots posted but we were not far back maybe less than 20 yards and they had opened at 6 so we figured it wouldn't be too long. WRONG never made it in till 8:40 PM, but that was not the worst part. when we finally got to the front of the line the lady scanning your tickets started to insult my autistic sons physical appearance, he asked her to please stop at least 3 times and she kept on insulting his physical appearance. he was very hurt and completely shut down.just stared and crossed his arms. with his autism it is hard for him to control his emotions and he loves Halloween and haunts are his happy place this lady completely ruined his fun outing. and I emailed them when I got home Spencer answered me back are you still here I answered no we are at home and I never heard anything back. I emailed again and no response so my son emailed and no response so he posted publicly on their Facebook page to which they deleted the comment and blocked him from their page.this is totally inexcusable for a business to treat someone with a disability this way. Not even an apology from them, they respond by blocking him. we will never return to this business
