First time we have flown to this airport with TUI. Although a bit further away from hotel in International Drive not a problem. Airport is a lot smaller and easier to pass through. We were premium with TUI which gave us access to lounge on the way back. Lounge was clean and tidy and the food and drinks on offer were good.

Easy to use.... my on the phone experience was great -- to the point, detailed enough and very upfront about pricing.Our driver was ready for us immediately -- we picked up our luggage and went. Drove to Port Canaveral Townplace Suites hotel. We picked up a cruise the next day and when we got back to port 11 days later our car and driver was there when walked out of the terminal.Both cars and drivers were excellent -----

Excellent service! Flawless pick-up at MCO to bring PAX (my son) to Melbourne Beach. Flight into MCO was arriving late at 10 pm. Cheryl at Melbourne Express arranged the entire transfer. She couldn't have been more helpful. She provided me with the driver's name and cell phone number for my son to have in case they couldn't find each other at the airport. I was able to arrange payment and gratuity ahead of time so no money needed to change hands. A+ service.

I used this company for the second time Feb 13. First trip pleasant and on time. Paid for that trip in cash. 2nd trip gave credit card info over the phone to make a reservation. Used a rarely used card only because it was the first one I grabbed. The next day I got cld by Cr card co with suspicious activity in NY/NJ areas. Less than 24 hrs after giving Melbourne Express my card info was compromised. Either sold or processed through non-secure computer system. Beware everyone. Driver was on time and ride was fine.

Despite posted no smoking signs, at least some of the drivers are smokers and for those of us sensitive or allergic the 75-min ride to MCO is extremely uncomfortable. Flying with a migraine is no fun
