The aptly named Sushi Fix served the most delicious Japanese cuisine. Relish house specialty rolls such as the Mistletoe or indulge in fresh fish dishes such as the Salmon Roe. You can also opt for a Sushi Platter to get a better idea of the delicious treats the restaurant has on offer. They also have a dizzying array of choices in drinks. Choose between traditional Sake drinks, aged Japanese whiskeys and shochu, wines and house cocktails. Both Happy Endings and Yamazaki are quite delightful. With so many delicious things on offer, Sushi Fix undoubtedly takes the quality of Wayzata dining scene up a notch.
