The location was great because it’s connected to the Mall of America. The front desk staff was amazing , especially Dysha and Madeline when Dysha wasn’t there. Rooms were clean and nicer than expected! We’d definitely start there again.
MoreLocation was great connected to the mall. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy how I like it perfect. The room was nice and clean, a little pricey for the room though. The executive lounge was great and the service of the hotel was friendly and exceptional. Bath room was nice the bed was the highlight.
More1. Tristan our valet/bell hop was an absolute delight and extremely helpful. We were attempting to self park and after many circles we saw him and asked for assistance. He immediately smiled and offered excellent service. He is a keeper and deserves a big bonus!!2. Baal the executive lounge host was an absolute kind and anticipating server. Remembered the correct drinks and Checked on people. 3. Nice suite. AC good and cold. Toilets low. Very clean bathroom and shower. Interesting to have half a shower door. Calls for extra towels to floor.
