Everyday Noodles is a Chinese restaurant that specializes in noodle dishes and offers its diners amazing views of their lively kitchen while the chefs prepare their meals. The restaurant was founded by local restaurateur Mike Chen and he brings to Squirrel Hill the regional flavors and cuisines of China. Most of the dishes served at the restaurant are Mike’s personal favorites; try the noodle soup made with combinations of beef, lamb and oxtail, dim sum or the Shanghai soup dumplings. One can enjoy a variety of noodle dishes for lunch and dinner, and there is something for everyone (kids included). Above all, dishes are reasonably priced.
