We waited 90 minutes for a shuttle. The directions to get the shuttle was very poor, the man who gave the directions had a nasty attitude. Once the shuttle arrived we waited for 25 more minutes to start driving because we were waiting for airline staff that did not get in the shuttle because there were only 2 seats left.

The hotel and room felt.upscake and modern. The facility was clean. The staff was friendly. What brought the rating down for me was the AC unit in my room and the bed. The AC unit roared loudly every time it was running its cycle. Also the bed loudly creaked every time I moved around. Both of these made it harder to sleep than it should have been. Had it not been so late when I got there, I would have asked for a room change. However, I see other reviews that mention the same thing. Maybe I got the same room as those people. Or maybe the issue with the beds and the AC units is more widespread around this property. If the hotel could address these two things, they would have an excellent property.

From check in to check out everything was super.No restaurant on site but a variety of places 5min walk away (was given a list at reception also)The room was clean, big & quiet.Breakfast was a large choice of waffles, cereals, breads, eggs etcGreat stay all round.Used as a base to go into DC

Let me start off first by saying that I do not ususally leave a review on anything but today I had to. The front desk clerk that helped me this morning was a true professional and I had to leave him a positive review. Prekimi is his name. This gentleman not only solved my issues w another nights stay but actually listened to my concerns and addressed them with great customer service. We also engaged in casual conversation and Prekimi was not judgmental nor negative and it led to this review. I trained customer service representatives for Verizon , American Express and EZ pass for 3 years so I know what good service is suppossed to look and feel like. Bravo to you Prekemi, I hope your owners understand the jewel they have in you and compensate you appropriately. J. Jabez Smith

Stayed 1 night having arrived into Dulles - perfectly adequate for a first night, supermarket close by for some snacks, and a large, comfortable room. Free breakfast is always a bonus and was pretty good. Lots of construction taking place nearby but didn't disturb us. All in all suited us fine.
