While the Venue itself was amazing. The valet service was terrible we had items stolen from our vehicle our camera was turned off the entire time while at the concert. I called the parker playhouse and got no help regarding the matter. I did file a police report but be aware they they have a 3rd party valet service that employs thieves. Never again will I use their service.

First visit to Parker Playhouse for Graham Nash. Beautiful venue, spacious, comfortable with great parking. However, my ticket was in Row N, which is first row in the separation of the sections. The problem is the venue has lined the wall just in front of Row N with chairs. The heads of the people in this row block your view of the stage. The theater’s sightline is not designed for this row. These chairs line up to significantly block the view of the stage. The theater should note that seats in Row N have a blocked, partial view before selling them. A pity, these chairs diminish the view significantly and greatly subtract from an overall positive experience in this nice venue. I spent an otherwise nice evening craning my neck to see around a patron’s head.

At times, we could tell their voices were excellent, but garbled, and volume was so loud, with booming background sounds, the floor actually vibrated. We had to put our fingers in our ears at times to be able to stay until intermission, then we left as did others did. We enjoy their music but the combination of the loud volumn and background noise, resulted in a terrible experience.

Went to see Peabro Bryson with so called special guest singer Haley Reinhart. She performed for first half hour and Peabro performed for remaining one hour twenty minutes. Acoustics were so loud and difficult to comprehend the words. Lots of percussion drowned out the singing of Peabro. Before every song of his he would do a preamble of looking back at memories etc for 10 minutes each time. Not the same voice and vigor as in the past. He is now 74 .

March 21, 2025 - this review has only to do with The Parker website, NON-COMMUNICATION with the public. Don't get me wrong I love the theater and the performances there. We have tickets tonight March 21, 2025 and added an extra $40 for The Hallard Club only to find yesterday looking through my Junk Mail that Ticket Master will be refunding us the $40 for The Hallard Club. I immediately went onto The Parker website to see if information was posted on why The Hallard Club was not available for tonight's performance and NOTHING was posted. This is disgraceful because I am sure whoever paid for The Hallard Club tonight may not be aware that it is closed. The Parker should get their Act Together and keep their customers updated on any sudden changes. I also have tickets for June 21, 2025 performance with $40 added on for The Hallard Club, hopefully we won't be closed out of that day.
