I made an appt with Shawn to have my thick curly frizzy hair cut. It was my first time seeing him. I basically described how I wanted my hair cut, and he listened and took his time and made it happen. I was very impressed and definitely will be a repeat customer. I don't want to say the name of the stylist because I genuinely like her. Unfortunately she over processed my hair on a regular basis to the point I had to go to a hair loss clinic. Upon exam and treatment of my hair it was severely overprocessed. It is taken almost a year to get my hair back into some semblance of decent shape. I'm very disappointed that I paid high prices always tipped well and then tried to be gouged for conditioning treatments for dry hair that was caused by the stylist..... Beware of this place. they will dry out your hair from overprocessing and then try to charge you for a conditioning treatment. I am so glad I left and my hair is finally improving but what a long time this took. Don't expect top notch from this place and then you won't be disappointed.

Been going to Donna Michaels for haircut and styling for years. So very happy with how my hair looks. I cannot recommend Rosie more...she does a great job and is so sweet. Going there for a cut again today.

Low Class. I was expecting to pay less for a place like this. I paid top dollar for a low class hole in the wall spa. I should have been getting a better experience for this price. Also, wanted to get a trim that resulted in all my hair being cut off. F rating.

If you are in Boynton and looking for some pampering, you can do no better than Donna Michael’s salon. They are a full service salon and are very busy, but they are well-run and no one seemed to have to wait for long.My aunt had her nails done by Jo Jo and they are gorgeous. I had a facial from Fabiola and I can honestly say it was the best facial I ever had - and I get my facials in NYC!Enjoy the pampering and professionalism!
