Bad customer service - don’t seem to care about long standing customers who have been coming for 30+ years. Kids can’t use parents membership, but who would buy a membership for 10 days a year? Especially when the parents only use theirs about 2 months a year. Good news, public beach is just as good and right next door.

The beach club was beautiful and service was fantastic!! We had English- the bartender. Brandon was our server and was the best. And Mike the manager was friendly and extremely accommodating. We had Joe and Nick as servers today. Fantastic!! Love this beach club. The staff made the e patientop notch❤️.

Food and drinks were very good. But after being seated by the hostess we sat for 20 minutes while 5 servers stood in the corner overlooking the room. When we asked if one could wait on us they said no and there was a “system”. Bad answer. Was the system to look at us while they all knew none of them were waiting on our table? Hostess obviously forgot she sat us.

The staff is warm and welcoming. Chairs, towels ,umbrellas and cabanas available. Drink service on beach and very good lunch food.
