Sunrise Homes builds fine homes of all prices for people who don't want a "tract home" built by a "tract builder". We don't want to be your "builder for life", we want to build your "home for life". That's why we've provided each of our homes with expandable, unfinished flex space upstairs to meet your future needs. With Sunrise Homes, your home can adapt and grow with life's surprises just like you do, so you and your family won't have to move to enjoy the living space you want or need. But that's not all that makes a Sunrise Home cool: 14-SEER Air Conditioner, Dual-Pane Windows, Smart Thermostat and spray in foam "Icynene" insulation conserve energy.
