Horrible place to stay. The A/C doesn’t cool the room, the tv works when it wants. Cigarette butts everywhere. Never recommend this place to stay. Not a friendly person not staff not guest. Druggies walk all over the place at all times of the day or night. Waste of my money. Definitely never will be staying at any of these properties again. The prices are ridiculous for what they offer.

Do not go here manager James is very rude, he told us he will not extend our stay told us we caused nothing but issues, the water always got turned off without notice, the dresser was broke my daughters finger got caught he had a issue with fixing it. He then told me my 11 year old daughter was f** rude just like that. She was hot we were walking all day just wanted to check in he didn’t tell me this until he got rude with my husband and told him of the toilet gets clogged then he will be plumbing his own sh** Horrible manager

We came in town for my childrens dad to do a small job a port of tampa .Room smelt like pure mold upon checkin. During my stay Monday night had to rusht my daughter to Tampa general due to her busing her eyebrow open on a drawer at hotel that wouldnt stay closed. Now i have an unexpected emergency visit bill i have to pay. Reported maintanance after incident when he pulled drawer out the issue was a prior guest males dirty pink boxers and a blue reusable walmart bag keepind the drawer from opening. Told Adrian about leak under kitchen sink in (which it was an old molded white dingy wet pillow case tied around gasget of sink )he brought towels and he was very generous. He did tell the older african american maintanance guy so next day 7/29 he came in i clearly told him about kitchen sink. The kitchen sink still was not fixed so i told Adrian again in maintainance came again 7/30. He explained that he looked at bathroom sink in apologized. He said it was not repaired priorly correctly in he gotta do this in that in it'll have to be out of service for a day so i explained we checking out tomorow so he put brought more towels for leak and sat a trash can under leak because he said he will fix once check out. As for today you mean to tell me that the general manager sat back in watched me as i moved my things out with my children as i was never told upon check in by front desk associate anything after 11:01 is a late check out but anyhow he told my husband i was speeding in his parking lot when that never occured i drove to dump bagged poop diaper in trash. Once my husband got off he said baby did you get deposit back i said no. I said thought you paid card so i didnt think of it. I saw him in his staff watching get truck loaded maintainance was only one who was generous offered help. Its the principle to me as a customer not about no deposit.Not to mention all the cats , raccons, and other rodents running around at night not allowing you to dump trash. This was not a good expeince. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here

Very very bad hotel no hot water all week .the first day in asked for another room m.big james ( redneck) was so rude didn't want too give me another room ..no clean towels only two a whole week ! Cats at your door ready too kill...big james (redneck) will not help you at all ...also roaches big country roaches james brings from his house...last but not least big james will keep your deposit so don't be five minutes late then your money is gone! If u want too be treated like a dogg come see big james at the in town suites smh

better to stay under the bridge than in this hotel.. the city need to shutdown this place immediately. Roaches everywhere… and people doing party outside all the time. Rooms smell so bad. Front desk guy is a heartless person. Please avoid stay in this place and thank me later
