GREAT place. Prices are very reasonable. It looks and feels like an English pub. I guess their bar was once the longest in town.The drink selection was vast. The staff is Uber nice, friendly and very informed.I had the 6x60 brick house and a double scotch on ice. I live in Japan but whenever I’m back in town I’ll plan to stop here. It’s easy to miss but the inside is very long and warm. Try it and tell them Jack “Flat” Stanley sent you. Oh and I was given a box of long wood matches, gratis!
MoreThis is one unique little bar along Central Avenue bars and sports bar with its upscale dedication to supreme cigar service, officially rebranded Centra Cigars and Ruby's Elixir. I asked proudly confident and personable Marcus if this is a bar or a cigar bar and he said Both, boasting Tampa Bay's largest cigar collection. He showed me around with a brief review of all kind of cigars, with emphasis on what I should try as a newbie. He also pointed out the full bar, beers on tap, and chilled glass front refrigerators loaded with cigars. Seating at the bar is not wheelchair accessible, with some standard tables indoors, and outdoor seating. The place is a smoky environment with indoor and outdoor smoking allowed. Wheel chair access restrooms. Parking is pay by app street parking, usually full, and paid garage parking a short walk. Access to wheel chair accessible sidewalks is at corners with curb cuts. The stroll around the shoppe/bar is accessible but the crowds on weekends and nights make mobility a challenge.

MoreI am sort of a connoisseur with cigars and have been to many, many cigar shops and have been smoking cigars for over 30 years. Their prices were very good, even for the top notch cigars, like Graycliff, Davidorf and others. You can smoke in the shop and they even have bar to sit and chill.
