This location has replaced staying near the Tampa Airport. Safer location and enough choices for dinner. Rooms are fine but 2 drawbacks, coffee/breakfast not available till 6:30 and front desk doesn't follow up on requests. Give me your room number and someone will contact you! Problem checking out without email receipt. Called a day later and the Saturday front desk lady was very helpful, couldn’t have been nicer. Unlike others didn’t pass the buck or blame it on the I-cloud.

We got off a cruise ship at 9:00 a.m. in Tampa. We went to the hotel to leave our luggage and tour the area while waiting for check in time and they were able to check us in immediately. The room was spotless and had a balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard pool area. The staff was amazing with helping us choose how to spend our day and with food recommendations later that evening. The pool was clean and quiet. The shuttle driver got us to the airport the next morning. The location was not bad, just not very walkable, but a quick Lyft and you can get anywhere.

Stayed at this hotel for a quick overnight while utilizing PIE airport. The location is great in regards to the airport. Gas stations, Starbucks and restaurants surround the area. Check in was breeze. I felt that parking was secure. The room was clean and very quiet. It checked all the stays for a great quick overnight stay. I reserve my 5 star reviews for the larger, big resorts but there was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. It was perfect in everyway!

Updated hotel with spacious super comfortable bed. I slept like a log. Courtyard is becoming my favorite brand of hotel.

Not our usual place for Phillies Spring Training but this was a nice surprise near the St. Pete airport. Nice upgrades, a good quiet pool, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Plus the rooms are dark and quiet which is a plus and there is plenty of free parking. Overall a nice place!
