it is with sadness that I write this review as I have been riding psta for years and have always had excellent service but this weekend all that changed Me and my lady are disabled We attempted to board a psta bus after doing laundry at a local laundromat across the street from the stop My lady attempted to board but saw a lady getting off When she boarded the first time she swiped her card and it went though but she stepped off to allow the lady time to get off It had taken several minutes and she saw the driver mention his arm she though the lady wasn't getting off and the driver was telling her to get on however as she tried come near the bus again the driver snapped at her to get back at which case I stepped into the bus kiosk behind me and she stepped complete to the side with plenty space between us and the bus The driver screamed back at us to back off about 3 more times before my lady said we already did He than lower the ramp and let the lady off saying something to the effect of sorry you had to deal with them after the lady got off he quickly snapped back up the ramp He clearly didn't like my wire cart full of laundry bags and was attempting to make sure I wasn't getting on with it My lady walks with cane yet he snapped back up the ramp fast clearing seeing both My lady said to him that he could have just explained he was putting down the ramp instead of screaming at us He said he was hard of hearing so he couldn't hear what she was saying I am hard of hearing myself so I understand maybe with background noise he couldn't hear her My lady now tries to swipe her card again forgetting with the confusion she already did so now it's not going though The driver loudly announces to the bus that the card had what he said was non-sufficient funds as if attempt to embarrassed her with a smirk on his face I told him I just put money on the card the day before and had a recipt My lady stepped off the bus confused and frustrated at which point the driver laughed and took off We called in the innocent and the lady on the phone was very understanding she checked the card and said it had two months worth funds on it She said it wasn't working because we swapped it too many times and the first time it went though We got onto the next bus in which there was gentlemen waiting with a 3 kid stroller and he was saying the same driver denied him and his three children boarding I understand people having a bad day but this driver was lacking when it came to customer service skills

It saddens me to write this review as we have been riding psta for years and always had excellent customer service but this weekend it fell short Me and my lady are disabilied We were trying to board a psta bus coming home from doing our landry at a local laundromat My lady boarded the bus and ran her card but saw a lady getting off she stepped back off the bus and waited paitently for the lady to get off The driver mentioned his arm My lady got confused and thought the lady wasn't getting off and the driver was telling her to get on When my lady started to step back on the bus the driver snapped at the both of us to get back I stepped back into the bus kiosk and my lady stepped to the side out the way The driver continued to yell at us to back up no matter how far we were backing away My lady told him we moved out of the way so he put the ramp down He did and the lady got off as she did the driver told her that he was sorry she had to deal with us We ignored it The driver snapped back up the ramp despite seeing my lady with a cane and me with a cart We got on and my lady said to him that he could have just explained he was putting the ramp down and he didn't need to yell at us He said he was hard of hearing and couldn't understand her I am hard of earring myself so I understand with a lot of background noise maybe he didn't hear her since my lady had forgotten with all the confusion she had already run her card She tried to run it again The driver loudly announces that the card he claimed had non-sufficient funds with a smirk on his face clearly an attempt to embarrass her I explained I just put money on the card the day before and had a receipt to prove it my lady stepped off the bus in which case the driver laughed shutting the door and drove away He never gave us a chance to prove we had paid We called in and reported the innocent the lady on the phone was very understanding She checked the card and said it had two months worth of funds on it and it didn't work because she had already swiped it and it went though the first time I had a cart with bags in it from the Landry I believe the driver thought we were homeless so he was trying to be rude to us We caught the next bus and when we got off there was a guy with a three people stroller with three kids in it He stated the same driver denied him boarding I understand the driver might have been having a bad day but his customer service was lacking The entire thing could have been avoided had the driver just stated he was putting the ramp down to begin with

I was on an 18. The driver was unprofessional and rude to a clearly disabled couple. There was a woman exiting the bus, but she wasn't moving very fast, and the couple didn't seem to realize this. They tried boarding , and the driver yelled at them. They backed up so he could lower the ramp, and then after the woman exited, the driver raised the ramp and drove away before the disabled couple could board.
