An OK hotel, expensive, and crowded/congested. Expect low staffing but the staff there was very nice and accommodating. It is conveniently located to the funding arena, and downtown. Lakeland also has a free on demand shuttle service that will take you to various restaurants etc.
MoreA great location with super helpful staff nothing to much trouble, looks to have been updated but lacked a safe for overseas travelers passports and the everyother day house keeping is not the reson we stay in hotels. Pity corperate greed I guess using the enviromental excuse as a way to cut costs.

MoreThe staff was friendly, check in easy. The size and cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations, and the breakfast was outstanding. Convenient location that felt safe. They do charge $10 to park in their lot which felt a little weird, but it’s not that big a deal. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in the area.
Morerooms are always ready and customer service is 10/10 . Breakfast ladies have food ready early and dining room is spotless. Check in /out id flawless and everyone working front desk are very efficient
