The door was open. The salesperson was setting bikes out. It was 4 minutes until they officially opened. He rudely told me they are not open yet. I was not asking him for any service or disrupting him in anyway. My husband and I have been looking for a bike shop here in Naples. We are in the market for purchasing. 2 new bikes. It wont be from this place.

Great source for transportation. We discovered that our Airbnb was a mile from the nearest restaurants, so we rented a 2 person surrey for our entire stay!! Fun and great for hauling chairs to the beach!

Prices, and ease of rental was great. Used the bikes every day. Even decided to rent an additional day. Will certainly use them again!

I have been looking for a bike since I relocated to Naples from NY. I stopped in to check out Naples cyclery today and was very impressed. The staff answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I was not ready to purchase yet and they were not pushy. As a realtor myself I have great respect for a salesperson who operates like that. I need to do some more research but I will definitely be purchasing my bike from here.
